サイバーフロントが「ハーフライフ」の
新シナリオを発売。本編同梱パックも

　サイバーフロントは3月23日，米SierraのWindows版3Dアクションシューティング「ハーフライフ Game of the year edition,Opposing Force」の同梱版（仮称：ミレニアムパック），および「ハーフライフ Opposing Force」の単体版を発売する。ともに日本語マニュアル付き英語版だ。

「ハーフライフ」（写真）は，美しい映像と緻密なシナリオにより，一大ブームを引き起こした3Dアクション。「QUAKE」などのグラフィックエンジンをベースに開発されており，その映像は必見！　最大32人までがネットプレイができるのも楽しい。

　今回，この「ハーフライフ」本体に，番外編「Team Fortress Classic」と追加シナリオの「Opposing Force」が同梱されたお買い得版パッケージ（仮称：ミレニアムパック）が発売される。「ハーフライフ」未経験者にはオススメだ。価格は8,800円。

　もちろん，既に「ハーフライフ｣を持っているユーザーのために「Opposing Force」単体でも販売される。こちらは5,800円。

　ミレニアムパック（仮）に同梱される「Team Fortress Classic」は，独特の世界観でインターネットを介しチームに分かれて対戦を行う米国で人気を博したタイトル。ネットゲーマーは是非プレイしたい。

　一方の追加シナリオソフト「OpposingForce」は，追加シングルプレイシナリオはもちろん，追加武器や新モンスターのデータが満載。これらに加え，「QUAKE」や「SIN」といった名作ゲームの制作に携わった有名デザイナーがデザインしたマルチプレイ用マップデータなど，充実した内容となっている。
